We are urgently looking for a highly creative Senior UI/UX Designer who can balance heavy data architecture with stunning, world-class aesthetics. You will be the creative visionary behind our products.

One day, you might be designing sleek, high-trust, data-heavy dashboards for a B2B portal. Next, you might be designing playful, interactive, and 3D-integrated landing pages for a consumer platform. You will not just be drawing boxes in Figma; you will be creating digital experiences that feel alive, intuitive, and premium.

Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Vision & Brand Identity: Lead the visual direction of our products. Move beyond standard templates to create unique, highly engaging interfaces using modern typography, custom illustrations, and micro-interactions.
  • End-to-End UX Architecture: Map out complex user journeys, wireframes, and
  • prototypes for both web platforms and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
  • High-Fidelity UI Design: Design pixel-perfect screens in Figma. Integrate modern web aesthetics, including glassmorphism, advanced animations (Lottie), and 3D web elements (e.g., Spline 3D).
  • AI-Augmented Asset Creation: Aggressively utilize AI tools to rapidly generate mood boards, custom graphics, and placeholder assets to speed up the creative pipeline.
  • Frictionless Developer Handoff: Structure your Figma files logically with auto-layout, global design systems, and tokens. Your designs must be structured in a way that our Full-Stack and Mobile engineers can translate them into code without guessing padding or hex codes.
  • Conversion-Driven Design: Work closely with the Growth Hacker to design A/B test variations, high-converting landing pages, and optimized checkout flows.
  • Qualifications:
  • Portfolio is King: We care more about your Dribbble/Behance portfolio.
  • Bachelor degree required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, specifically working on SaaS dashboards and mobile applications.
  • Tool Mastery: Absolute mastery of Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variables,
  • Prototyping).
  • The Creative Edge: Proven ability to create custom, modern aesthetics. Experience with 3D design tools (like Spline 3D) or advanced animation (After Effects/Lottie) is a massive advantage.
  • Technical Understanding: You don't need to write code, but you must deeply
  • understand how Tailwind CSS works. If you design something, you must know if it is technically feasible for our developers to build efficiently.
  • The "Ratio 16" Mindset: You take feedback without ego, adapt quickly to changing
  • product requirements, and obsess over the tiny details that make a product feel premium.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
